This starts off with a record company manager having his fortune told. The fortuneteller claims that he will find a band will be very huge, she then looks into her crystal ball and sees the name 'S Club 7'.

Meanwhile back in the home of S Club 7, they are very excited about going back home to see their families for Christmas. Hannah, Paul and Bradley set off in the car to pick up their plane tickets, but on the way they have an accident in the car and have to be sent to hospital!

When the rest of S Club 7 here the news they are devastated and rush to hospital. They find that Hannah has had some concussion and keeps getting her sentences in a muddle, Bradley has a few cuts and bruises, but Paul has totally lost his memory!

The rest of the band are all packed and ready to go back to the UK, but decide that they couldn't just leave Paul behind. The S Club 7 must stick together no matter what.

Meanwhile back at the hospital, Paul keeps having memory flashbacks but is still waiting for the final trigger that will bring back his memory for good. Finally, it happens and he gets excited and runs away from hospital. As he does, he almost gets run over by a car. The car owner gets out (he happens to be the agent looking for S Club 7). The agent explains how he is looking for S Club 7 and Paul explains that he is in the band. The agent gives Paul a ride back to S Club 7's house where they finally meet the band.
